- Orders to Jammu and Kashmir and the North East region may take up to 10 working days.
Order Tracking:

Courier Services:
We partner with reliable courier companies including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress to ensure your products are delivered promptly.
Missing Deliveries:
In the rare event that tracking shows that your product has been delivered but you have not received it, please note that packages are often accepted by family members, neighbors, or delivered to office mailrooms.
- If you do not receive your order, please notify us within 48 hours of the delivery notification. We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner.
- If it is confirmed that the product is genuinely missing, we will issue a full refund after a thorough investigation, which may take up to 10 working days.
After the 48-hour notification period, it may be difficult for us to take action regarding the missing delivery, and we may not be responsible for any losses.
