Thank you for shopping with Stylish Owl! We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to exchange or return an item, we're here to help.

Our Policy:

  • Notification Period: Please inform us of any issues on the same day of delivery.

  • Exchanges: If there’s a size issue or you've received the wrong product, you can request an exchange within seven days of delivery (including the day of delivery). We can exchange the item for another size or the correct product of equal value at no extra charge, and we will arrange for reverse pickup.

  • Higher Value Exchanges: If the new product is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference online.

  • Condition for Exchanges: In 7 to 10 working days the product should be returned to claim the refund. The products must have the original sticker label attached, be folded correctly, and packed adequately to prevent damage during transit. Exchanges cannot be processed without these conditions being met.

  • Refunds: We only offer refunds in genuine cases of defective products. If you receive a faulty item, please email our customer support at Support@StylishOwl.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect.

  • Exceptional Cases: In some cases where a return is accepted (without delivery issue or incorrect order), a deduction of Rs 100 will be made from the refund to cover the reverse pickup service.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be credited within 5 to 7 business/working days. They will be issued to the same bank account used for the initial transaction or to the bank account you provide. 

  • Color & Design Variations: Please note that the color and design of T-shirts may vary slightly from what is displayed on our website and promotional materials. Returns and refunds are not possible due to such minor variations.

  • Damaged Packages: To avoid issues, please do not accept damaged packages upon delivery.

  • Eligibility: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if merchandise does not qualify. Exchange/return requests will only be processed once per order. Any product that has been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded, and products bought during sales or with discount codes are also not eligible for refunds.

  • Free Size Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for size issues, but please note that we do not provide refunds for size-related concerns.
